Dry Ingredients:

7.7 oz. blanched almond flour

2.4 oz. g coconut flour

3 tbsp. psyllium husk powder

½ tsp. monk fruit powder or stevia powder

1.7 oz. Erythritol, granulated or powdered

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. baking soda

Wet Ingredients:

4 egg whites

2 whole eggs

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar but you may substitute with lemon juice or white vinegar

Cinnamon butter:

4 tbsp. melted butter or use coconut oil for a dairy-free recipe

4 tbsp. melted butter or coconut oil for dairy free

1 tbsp. cinnamon powder

6 tbsp. Lakanto Golden sweetener or any other low-carb sweetener such as Splenda

Extra:

120 ml boiling water

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

2 tbsp. almond, coconut, rice or soy milk

1 can full-fat chilled coconut milk

100g cream cheese (half a block of packet cream cheese)

2 tbsp. maple syrup

¼ tsp. monk fruit powder or stevia powder
